In order to receive a full refund, simply fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your return package to mail the item(s) back to us. Kindly note that packages with an incomplete return form will be returned to sender. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by financial institution. If the oil available is an Essential Oil, there will be an (EO) next to the listed oil, and a (FO) is placed next to the Fragrance Oil. Natural cold-pressed oils have a (NO) alongside the oil.
